OUR PROCESS
1. Inquiry
You may submit an online request here. Please provide as much information as possible so that we may direct your inquiry to the appropriate member of our team.
2. Meeting & Consultation
Upon receipt of your initial inquiry we will make contact within 1 business day, to briefly discuss your potential project and set up an on-site meeting to further discuss the scope and details of the project. This allows our landscape design professionals the opportunity to review the site with you, provide you real-time feedback and suggestions about the space, and gather site measurements and key information vital to the creation of a viable and phenomenal landscape design for you and your family.
3. Design & Quotation
After our initial site meeting we will begin designing your dream landscape. Once complete we will professionally submit to you for review, complete with optional full colour CAD landscape drawings, 3D rendered imagery, and a full on-site walk-through to ensure you capture each and every element we’ve expertly crafted for your property. Want some of the elements re-designed or re-imagined? No issue whatsoever, our design team is always willing and eager to adjust and address any concerns so that you end up with precisely the look, feel, and concept you are dreaming of for your space. You will also receive a thorough, detailed, and itemized proposal to allow you to make educated decisions about which direction and elements you wish to proceed forward with.
4. Contract Excecution
Once we have an approved design, and agreement on budget, we will have a contract executed between both parties. At this time a deposit will be due, and an estimated project start date is provided to you.
5. Implementation
Once we commence on your installation a foreman and crew, and project manager, are assigned and introduced to you. Our crews are scheduled/assigned to a single project at a time until project completion.
Project managers are assigned to carefully monitor site progress, and provide quality control and build assurances to you throughout the installation period.
At project commencement a second deposit will be due, allowing us to secure the labor and material required to professionally execute your agreed upon landscape plan.
After your project is completed your project manager will perform a final pre-delivery inspection with you, address any questions or concerns you may have.
